How do I make a return?

Simply pick up the phone and call our Customer Service Department at 877-440-1789. Our customer service hours are Monday through Friday from 8am to 5pm (ET).

They will walk you through the process and provide a shipping label for the return.

 

Return Policy

Products may be returned for a full credit or exchange within 30 days of shipment.  All returns must include a return authorization number (RA) that can be obtained by calling Customer Service 1-877-440-1789.  Our customer service hours are Monday through Friday from 8am to 5pm (ET). 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.  Include a copy of the packing slip or your order number with your RA paperwork as proof of purchase.

 

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

 

Return Shipping

To return your product, you should use the pre-paid label emailed to you by Customer Service.  Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
